Yes, of course I understand that. Do you also understand that drugs aren't an issue for simply the consenting adult? That children and teens get pulled into this mix. Don't you think there is any criminal activity involved in selling or giving a substance to a minor that is known to be highly addictive and also life threatening? Apples to oranges with the bleach and drano as these items are regulated and would be criminal if they were given to minors.

Yes, it's pretty obvious he is talking about users, but also small dealers. What difference would it make? No we shouldn't lock up people who manufacter heroin. Should we also make production of bleach, aerosal spray Drano and all other "dangerous" types of things banned and illegal, because they can kill? If addicts are dying they need mental and medical help. Jailing dealers or producers isn't going to impede or stop their want for the drug, not matter what it is. Do you understand that?
