@joewillgo They certify their employees, it's code for every restaurant. You can stop typing in all caps, it looks incredibly childish.
You haven't considered that possibly he didn't hear you correctly, or possibly the screen switched the orders it received from the register and drive through? And like I said, it doesn't matter if you "certify" anyone for anything. Just because a person is certified to drive, does that mean they will never get into a wreck or run a stop sign? Of course not.

@lCENSOREDI I DOUBT THAT!!!!!! I asked for an Iced Carmel Mocha McCafe one time, and a 16 year old came out with coffee that had NOTHING ON OR IN IT!!!!!! NOT EVEN ICE DAM IT! Tell a 5 year old to put ice in your drink, and he/she would have common sense on what ICE is!!!!!! AND IF YOUR CERTIFIED, YOU WOULD NOT EVER MAKE THE MISTAKE TO FORGET TO PUT ICE IN A ICE MOCHA!!!!!! LIKE COME ON!!!! THAT'S COMMON SENSE RIGHT THERE!!!!!! THEY DO NOT CERTIFY THEIR EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@joewillgo They actually do certify their employees, but even if there were "professionals", there's no way to prevent mistakes, and the money it would take to pay these "professionals" would hike up the price of the drinks and you would be complaining about that instead.

@supertrex2 NO KIDDING!!!!!! One time I asked for an Iced Mcafe and they brand me it with NO ICE! Like there should be professionals with certifications to make Mcafe so there is NO MISTAKES!

not all mcdo makes this kind of mocha iced. some are stupid to even make ice cofee.

@rimunews The McCafe locations do that in the US too, but there aren't many around here. We have a line of McCafe coffees in the regular restaurants. All you can chose from in the restaurants is a hot or iced mocha, hot or iced caramel mocha, latte, cappuccino, mocha frappe, or a caramel frappe. The super automatic machine is what they use in the restaurant because McDonald's workers are not baristas.
