@DMB1985CA The dozer is connected to cables that run to various parts of the building. You can see them go straight back from the dozer. They probably ran through large pulleys anchored straignt behind the dozer. You can hear the engine straining as it tightens the cables at around 0:58. The thing that appears to fall in front of the camera is actually part of the window that the person was filing from. It comes into the frame as the camera is lifted up.

The real "killdozer" was dismantled and the pieces sent to many different scrap yards so no one could get any for a souvenir. Which kind of sux.

In the olden days, a big diesel engine on a Cat was started by a little "pony motor" gas engine. You can hear it in the beginning. Just some dozer trivia :-)
