Ok. heres how it works. world wide web. Your modem connects to an isp that connects to all other isp's world wide which connects to other peoples modems. How long would people stay with an isp if it restricted there access. Not long. Money runs the web via isp companies who do not want to go out of business. End of the day greed will win. If all else failed we would go back to the days of connecting to other computers through phone lines. Or are they planning to shut them down too. lol
