Um, you might want to google injuries caused by lizards from sites as found for example on the lizard lover guy or other. If that is a boy lizard he could snap and show his male aggression and maul your pooch's nose off. Seriously, think about that. And consider not doing it anymore. You can tell the lizard is getting stressed by how he's snapping his tail. If nothing else that could hurt your dog. But do some research on injuries by lizard aggression.
