Your now arguing with a Illinois Supreme Court court decision, which trumps all lower court BS and Inquisitions. You have already been told countless times that WORDS of ART (motor vehicle) will not be used against the Flesh & Blood man standing upon the land. Correct, 'traveling' is a right'. Operating the vehicle you are in is 'driving', which is a privilege.

Also see Sheer vs. Cullen, which states: "The right of to travel upon the public highway and transport his property thereon, by horse-drawn carriage, wagon, OR AUTOMOBILE, is NOT A MERE PRIVILEGE, which may be prohibited at will, BUT A COMMON RIGHT .." You have no right to operate a vehicle/drive a car on a public road. That does not prevent you from using a road, you just can't be behind the wheel. Your vehicle also must be registered and have a license.

@RetSquid .. Privilege means payment or permission for something that would not otherwise be your Right. The public as the RIGHT to use their right of ways; the Cab Driver, Trucker and Limo Driver must obtain a Commercial License to operate under Trade & Commerce (for profit). You cannot be a little bit pregnant.

Sorry, totally wrong again. Commerce has nothing to do with your privilege to operate a vehicle on public roads. Police are appointed by elected officials from wherever you are.

Sorry, you are wrong. Acts are passed by the Legislature and signed by the Executive, thus becoming Laws, those Laws are then posted in the Statutes At Large, when those Laws are gouped together by subject matter they are then called "Codes". State Laws are not in the Federal Register, nor do they have to match Federal or other State's laws.
