HIV/AIDS Support Group Interview

After interviewing Anthony, he referred me to the Assistant Director of Health-Team 119, Larry A. Woodland, the Michael Palm Center for AIDS Care and Support. He talks about the goal of the support group, the different variety of counseling services provided (Creative Arts Therapy, Mental Health, Substance Use, for Spanish speakers, HIV & AIDS Support). This was certainly helpful to me as I know what classes are already being established to improve the patient's life in ways to educate, get support coping with a variety of challenges or simply just be their listener. I also get to see the room and the room sizes differ as they offer group and individual counseling in this case with couples.
