In this episode, Aaron shows you that even simple sleight and effects are subject to the fundamental rules of misdirection and focus. He shows you how to make on of the simplest sleights in the world truly deceptive before any audience!
@xdelamuertex I normally don't like tutorials on YouTube, but that's because they are either geared towards lay people who just want to know how it works or because they expose something that someone is trying to sell. I think that the only people who will watch this are magicians because he talks for 6.5 minutes about theory and half a minute on mechanics. This is part of the public domain, and if you get royal road from your library, you could learn this. I think that these are free.
One of my favorites! Wish you didn't teach it on you tube though, for those of us that have been purchasing the books since we were little and saved every penny we earned just to get them. None the less, if your gonna teach it, at least you taught it the right way.
Don't know if anyone else will like this or not. But when I do the glide, for the first part, I move the deck (left hand) toward my stationary finger (right hand) then move my right hand away with the card. This kind of breaks up that "cocking" or "chambering a round" look you get of pushing in and out with the right hand. Look forward to incorporating Aaron's moves seen here. Thanks Mr. F for the insight!
THANKYOU YOU GOD!!!

Thanks Aaron, that such a nice change from the double lift. I had not seen that done - only read about it before.
