  • Sounds like a ploy to implement change by suppressing resistance or protest. What if I think the change is wrong? Can I not criticize or find fault with the change? or will I be branded negative? Where does justice and fair play fit into "appreciative Inquiry"?

    I think what's going on here is pure manipulation.
