I've seen young individuals come from these places and just because their mind was on the right path, they left onto a better life. These people choose to live their life like this. Away from drugs and the violence. I'll never understand why people succumb to this low level of life when they have the opportunity to become something. They're just a threat and a disgrace to our communities and our nation .. instead of bringing value to their lives, they bring fear into others lives.

After reading your comments, i've come to the no-shocker realization that you're an idiot. Blame the government? Are you serious? You pretend as if the government is the one forcing whatever nonsense down people's throats. It's called self control and free will in this country.
