Steamboat recipe

Soup is a favourite around the dinner table, whatever the season. This week Snowy joins his good mate Geoff Lindsay at his acclaimed Melbourne restaurant, Dandelion, to cook a Vietnamese inspired steamboat. A rich aromatic stock is prepared in the kitchen then served at the table with delicious fresh accompaniments including baby bockchoi, elephant ear stems and bean sprouts. Snowy says it's an easy one to make at home.
