Body and Soul - Portena Jazz Band 1972
Tenor saxophonist Ignacio Mazzanti plays the main part of this beautiful jazz classic. When asked Ignacio said that his favourite saxophonist was Coleman Hawkins. Of course Coleman Hawkins recorded Body and Soul in 1939 and this has become one of the highlights of all Hawkins recordings.
