This was my first 3d model in college and I decided to go back and do a quick texture and rig to make some basic animations. It starts out with a walk cycle and then shows a secret move not many star wars fans have seen :P

  • @timetwit not to mention it's not a super nerd inquiry to know something like that, just common sense....everyone knows you need atleast 3 points of support to stand up straight without requiring balance....if you yanked out two legs from underneath your table you think it would stand up? no! it's the same concept here

  • @timetwit timetwat, it's a good idea to do something RIGHT if you are going to do it at all

  • @shortbusheros4 oooooooooooo sorry super nerd :O

  • only one leg moves at a time, never two....that is ALSO why it looks awkward

  • So thats how the empire won, using the super at-at death move.

  • AT-At front leg knee joints also bends back just like hind leg knee joints.

not foreward as depicted in your animation.

that's why the animation looks awkward.

  • what program did you use for this it looks interesting

  • love the ending :D

  • go to number 16

  • pretty weird indeed, it would fall on the side if it would walk like that.
