I would try both on the same day...if too difficult, then do pt1 on monday and pt2 on wed...ok?~ahmad

how long do you rest between the sets? goal is gettin' big

I would first go as heavy and as safe as I can. Then I would let rest be very little. I like to make my workouts not matter how heavy the weight...cardio to some extent...I like breathing hard...~ahmad
