Everyone deserves to be respected for who they are. We pledge to spread this message to our friends, family and neighbors. We'll speak up against hate and intolerance whenever I see it, at school and at work. We'll provide hope for lesbian, gay, bi, trans and other bullied teens by letting them know that "It Gets Better."

  • Dear Sec.Solis, Dpt.Team :Thanks for your work, Jobs combined w/ Energy Independence +Security are huge possibilities : If the 120 million homeowners in America ( 1/5 acre typical lot) would consider a small energy business and install just 1kW of Solar- Wind power for electricity in their homes, we could : a ) create millions of jobs manufacturing and installing them, b ) secure electrical supply - grid, c) recharge USA made hybrid-electric plug-in cars-trucks, newenergies2007.blogspot.com

  • thank you so much!!!!!!!

  • Thanks for the video, and the information for the Trevor project. It's remarkable to have the US Dept of Labor put out a personal message like this.

But somehow these folks don't look like their lives are better. I'm not feelin' it.

And I wonder how much better it gets when so-called Democrats won't even pass ENDA or even introduce the American Equality Bill. How many years do we have to wait for "better" to happen?

  • Thank you all for coming forward in this video!

How do you fight bullying? Give them role models by having them go into the schools.
