Advanced Video Compression Techniques

At the most basic level, we use video compression to make files smaller to simplify downloads. However, making small files with great looking images can be a real challenge. Hi, Does it work with Compressor 3.5? This seems to be a great time saver technique. I don't see the option "new target with output" in my compressor version.
