@poppetxxxxxxx You are so wrong! If you really loved this song and try to learn somthing about it you would defenitly find that Summertime was writen by George Gershwin for his OPERA Porgy and Bess and that is the original way to sing it!

oh yes, this is a good tune for this song.. normally i do not like the songs sung "heavingly" like opera (even if this is an opera)... but here is a very good mixture - it sounds easy and soft.. thank you
