Man that was so beautiful!! I loved it! It is really Jazzy thats for sure. I love that guitar , great great sound it has , has the perfect Jazz Tone. I love Nylon strings , they are just so nice. I like the backing track , nice. ROCK ON MAN and great guitar playing!!
I'm afraid to tell you that if you want to play anything that sounds remotely "jazzy" in the way this does, you'll have to learn about the theory of chords (in a jazz context). No easy way about it.
Learn your major scales, minor scales, melodic minor and harmonic minor scales and you will be off to a good start. Then learn all the modes: ionian, dorian, phrygian, lydian, mixolydian, aeolian, locrian. Get the book Jazz Guitar by Hal Leonard! It covers chords and scales very well!
