Bonaire is a limestone island. It is riddled with caves, one of which is over by the power plant. You can actually work your way into it till you reach ocean level. It is fresh water and it rises and falls with the ocean. To dump in the middle of the island only keeps it out of view. They might as well dump on the reef. It all bleeds out through the limestone and coral anyway. Captain Don saved the island originally. It needs to be done again. Scientology the religion of the Hollywood Elite

I spent a month in Bonaire to scuba the reefs.
It was my first dives ever...and I was hooked.
Beautiful corals...
