I kinda liked Evil Ryu's design change
At least there are more diferrences than just a tanned ryu with black clothes

@GiffityHutz2k10 I think oni's like an evil(er) Akuma, completely lost to the crazy evil murder fist, or whatever it's called. Evil Ryu is basically Ryu if he gave into the crazy evil murder fist. Not a huge SF fan so I'm more than likely wrong but that's what I heard.
