Ghost Town FEVER

I go a little bit... completely nonsensical at the end. I swear it made more sense, but when I was editing I accidentally deleted the wrong part, but decided that it was okay enough as is...

Garnet Ghost Town was a gold mining town near Missoula in the early late 1800s to early 1900s. I think that it ended up running dry and everyone moved out. It probably didn't help that it was on a huge-ass mountain where no one could get to.

Today was some sort of anniversary or something like that, so there was an event. It's normally totally dead (pun TOTALLY intended).

The Huckleberry Ice Cream was choice.

I love ghost towns.
