This is for my Facebook friends from Tinley Park

PLEASE, don't argue over whether the bench press is better than this or that or what exercise defines strength....some of us can run fast, some of us can run far, some of us can pull heavy things while others are better at pushing heavy things. We can't all be gifted with superman's powers.

  • hey, I just started watching your videos and I think they're great!! I'm starting to to follow your abs exercises. And also, I can do a lot of close grip pushups because my triceps are quite strong (not big though). I can do maximum of 6 pull ups however i try do 3 sets. Also, I'm very skinny, 187 cm and only 65 kg. My question is, if a certain groups of muscles start aching (today it was my back and quads because of the pull ups and squats), how long should i rest that muscle group for??

  • @TrippyMagic95 thank you. listen to your body---if you need rest, rest. your body will let you know when it's ready to go again.

  • I completely agree that pull-ups are much more impressive than the bench press. Most people can bench, but not many people can do even one single pull-up!

  • @maiL1984 yep, sad but true :)

  • @shakelightly hello, do you need some special food like proteins, gainers? Or you only eat normal food like eggs, meat..rice?I train 2 years every day, i eat only normal food no proteins, and i think my body started stagnating, no grown, and im very skinny too :) thx btw nice work :)

  • @Liquid741 i don't use any supplements---I eat healthy, nutritious foods---enough of them to feed a family of four. try not training every day, give your body some rest to grow---see if that helps.

  • @kaushikdeep99 it's not magic....it takes time. like planting seeds, water every day and wait for them to grow
