Hi could you help me i've got red alert 3 installed and it won't load i have the minimum requirements and directx 9 it just doesn't work!

Those dolphins are really annoying, aren't they? And I'm surprised you don't make any defensive structures to try dealing with them. As for repairs, that's the wrench on the side bar..that is, assuming they haven't changed that since the earlier games.
