yep i replied your message with that from okinawa later, and probably that's what happened, maybe the only one that knew the guy was adam so maynard said yeah he's hanzo (and maynard's not bald he shaves his head =O)

Ok, but you know what I'm talking about kill bill? The sword maker was from okinawa, and his name was hattori hanzo. I also know that maynard is a fan of kill bill, so I kinda thought that. anyway its still cool. lol

nobody knows his real name, he said "I'm not a guy announce myself" after the show, and rumors point that he was a former label director for TOOL in jp, but who knows maybe just a friend of the band. (now just 9 hors later, not a year ;))

lol thats tight. It's always interesting replying to comments 1 year later, for some reason. So maynard was joking like a reference to Kill Bill? Or was that the guys real name, unlikely though.

when they played at Zepp, Adam invited a japanese guest guitar player to perform all 46&2 by himself, when he finished maynard said thank you hattori hanzo :P
