Just to note as so many people have commented about 2 guitars being present in this song... YES YES YES and erm YES there IS 2 guitars in this track and i layered the 2nd guitar track after I recorded the 1st guitar track with vocals (the one you see in the video)

Nice solo work mate. We use a 12 string for the main riff when performing.Just an observation,at 3;38 onwards, you use an Eminor. Unusual, as I thought it was only used as the last chord to finish the song.BUT, it does seem to work.Nice job
