Just received my Tenori-On from Turnkey thanks to PLUM who'd helped me purchased it. Didn't come easy... but I am glad it's here.

Fresh out from the box, I've not read the menu yet, just fiddling around and did an amateurish video of it. I looked clumsy in manipulation and the audio was picked up direct with the cam's mic, not lined in so audio ain't ace. Just playing around, nothing great and this thing can definitely do more :)

Heck, for the fun of it :) What a lovely instrument!

  • yes its an advanced midi step sequencer

  • sounds simpler than kaossilator but has pattern management ..

  • What is a point to use this toy, can it make a real music instead of random sounds?

  • i dont believe u... do it again....

  • errr i'm sorry but would you please tell where to order it... (send me a link or so)

iwanna order it cause my friends have the hole kaoss pad min, kaossilator and kaos pad 3 stuff but i think the tenori-on is worlds ahead nd sometimes we're "jammin'" together and don't like the kaossilator nore the kaoss pad mini the kaoss pad 3 is kool xD

  • in my language to play has two meanings

one is to play and instrument and the other to play with a toy

a dont know which of them is chosen to describe this

THIS IS THE FUNNIEST FUCKING INSTRUMENT I´VE EVER SEEN

  • And no soundingness isn't a real word but you know what i meen. Plus i like making new words to describe stuff. Ohh and just to clarify, keep the whole black and white and then switch the black and the white around like you did just dont put on those little lines (aka. old style movie effects). Again good job.

  • Good first attempt its good that you tried. and the inverted colours are very cool but the old style film effect kinda ruined it. Like keep the coulours backwards and stuff just lose the old film lines. Still pretty good for a first try i've seen much worse. Your pretty up there in the good soundingness factors.
