New Space Objects Jan 2008 How can NASA be puzzled by this?

Filmed at the end of January by John Lenard Walson. Although the photo at the end was taken by the mars rover, Spirit. Rocks that look like a living physical being? Or are there two live looking objects in the photo with another lying on the ground. Coincidence or not?

could be an ancient statue dropping goods to the beings of mars before it was destroyed. N.A.S.A. should be puzzled by this... if it is really an image of mars!!! But, alas, it's most likely an image from the movie "the planet of the apes", the early versions, not the more recent one, but even the new one had a good story line.
