Try the Raw food diet. Loads of Leafy Green Veg, Fruit and its all absorbed easilty.

@1walkingtree Rather than taking Lutein from food ( you have to eat alot of that food), it is much easier to take the supplement instead.

I am a diabetes sufferer and as a consequence I have visual complications. I have read his book and it is superb.Easy for the layman to understand. always take note from these short clips.

I am trying this fantastic lutein product. My astig really went down I can drive feeling safe at night for once. My uncle requires artificial tears...after trying for only a few days the burning and dryness stopped. 3 capsules a day works wonders...and also as a detox...weird stuff comes out when I take higher doses of 5x5 capsules. And I tried with alcohol......just experimenting if it's true a side benefit it metabolises alcohol better.

Marigold flowers are very high in lutein, That's where most of the supplements of the lutein come from. I have taken it since 04' and it does work. Thanks for sharing this great info.
