I get an error every time I try to upload a video, it won't accept neither .avi or qt .mov files. Which file extensions DOES it accept?

I found your video when I Googled "add video to Google+ profile". I just don't understand why Google+ video is not integrated with YouTube. I know if you add photos, they are added to Picasa. If you add videos, are they added to YouTube?
