In order to date her you Must Buy the Item Perfume Set and Pricey Perfume Set from the guy near the Ichiraku Ramen Shop. she appear on top of the Shushuya Roof so you may have to exit and re enter A few times until she appears. when you date her twice she will be unlock
as a playable character
