i don't know how to upload a video from a disk i inserted into the iMovie, can you help?

@DrumsMexi I'm using iMovie '11 on my new Mac Mini Runnind OSX 10.7.2 and there is an option in the Share menu for iDVD Im sending a video to it now to see how it works. Check your Share menu to see if you have that option as well

How do you do it on iMovie 11!!!!! the new macs do not have idvd and you cannot get it!
