@THUMPLUMP The great Mr Lord mentions the draw bars (slight variations in sound) in Purple's excellent '02 Machine Head dvd when he's reminising about doing Space Truckin' live back in the day (if my memory serves me).

The new synths just are not as good as the old Hammond draw bar organs used back in the day. Still great though.
