How much dose one of these costs theses days??Im in Ireland but cant find them,,any info would be good, thanks

nice, but why do you need 5 bottles on the bicycle...are there no places to fill 2 bottles on the way?
-
@vardamin I agree. I am a bigger rider...........250 lus. I have a 40 hole font and 48 hole rear set o Dyad rims laced to Phil Wood Touring Hbs. Handbuilt and an take my weight and what ever I put on the rear rack. Factory weels bite in my humble opinion.

Out of curiosity, what is the advantage to a bar-end shifter? Thanks in advance, wilkor

@beerisstupid Have you done any long distance bicycle rides? Last year I rode from Louisiana to California and back, then from Louisiana to Nashville Tn and back via the Natchez Trace. You would not believe the network of people I have across the country. If you're interested in hooking up for a long ride, I'm considering going across the country. I would like the company, and I've done around 22000 miles of solo touring, so I'm not bullshitting you.

I just got my Surly LHT in November 2010 ,in Black with 26 ''Inch Wheels and I just had to get a Brooks Flyer Saddle for it the one that came with it I just did not like. It is a beautiful Bike very Smooth. I just love that front Carrier on your Bike,I would love to have it.
My Bike is the same as yours not much difference than the 2008 Model that I can see. I have a Tortec Carrier on the Rear rated for 35kilo and SKS Mudguards in Silver.
Thanks for your advice, I looked at the Zefal pumps but they weren't rated as well as the Topeak Morph,so I went with that. I need that mounting bracket to keep the pump off my brake lines, that's why it's there. Once I add my fuel container to my seat tube, I'm not gonna have any other place to mount the pump. I certainly hope I'm lucky like you and don't break any spokes, we'll be doing a lot of low-grade roads so we want to be safe, especially out in the middle of the Gobi or Kazakhstan.
