  • She should have thought about it before getting the ink she is in the wrong. Don't take it out on the artists.

  • @699backstab You need to take some English classes before you criticize others, smart guy.

And some science classes wouldn't be a bad idea for you, if you think tattoo ink is poisonous.

Or, as you so eloquently put it:

"Get an education in a science."

  • Her mannerisms are adorable to me :-)

  • @xFallenAngeLx666 I hear ya. My cousin's a tattoo artist, and he'll tell you that putting a tattoo over an existing one is a stupid move. The guy tried to tell her it wouldn't work, but, like a moron, she didn't listen and got what she ask for.

  • I watched this for about 10 seconds into the plaintiff speaking, then I got bored, wrote this comment, and now I'm gonna go do something else.

  • @arronsimpson Yeah. You heard right.

  • @HaphazardMedia012 First, I was making an example. Second, no the Defendant was not responsible. It's like the people on "Ink Master." Are you going to sue them if it doesn't come out right? No. Same with this guy. He did his job. She was drunk and she should be be responsible. Not his fault she got a hangover tattoo.

  • @CocoCece08 First, you will not be able to find a tattoo shop and pay $20. The minimum is much high then that as most shops charge by the hour. Second, yes you should be responsible. That's like me going to a mechanic saying fix this problem, They do the work, and the problem is not fixed. Who should be responsible ? Not me. O.o

  • @HaphazardMedia012 So if you go to a Joe Blow guy and pay $20 for a tattoo that looks like a five year old drew it, he should be liable? BS.

  • Rule #1 of getting a tattoo: Make sure it's what you want. Cause it's there for life.

  • Thats why when you get or want a tattoo make sure your 115% sure you want the design that you pick..I have 4 tattoos and i dont regret any of them..

  • did i here she sueing for siting fees?!?
