this is nutts....he's like barely able to move - confined to a wheelchair due to old age, yet he plays the ride cybal jazz pattern faster than anyone I've ever seen.....this shows that the Moeller technique allows you to play fast as hell and doesn't require you to be in any kind of shape at all - it is probably the most efficient method one could use.
