  • Yes it does. I weighed the pros & cons of for some time b4. My site was all sand and very few "beneficial" lifeforms to begin.. and many nematodal issues. One time was all that is needed and i wont ever do it again. After solarization, i added tons of compost, minerals and active brewed compost tea to innoculate the soil with the life forms i Wanted. Now i use purely organic, mostly no-dig methods.. but i chose to start by leveling the playing field. Great question, Thanks

  • Wouldn't that also kill all your beneficial soil life?
