Why the hell didn't Chara save that for Cooke? The Bruins never got revenge on Cooke for that horrendous hit on Savard. Claude Julien should have had his team watch how Darren McCarty embarrassed Claude Lemieux, the year following another indefensible hit on Kris Draper. As tough as Boston is, I still don't understand why they didn't crack Cooke's head open. And no, that Thornton fight was not retribution. I don't think Cooke even lost the fight. Anyway, he wasn't hurt.

The most damage came from Chara's left hand. He pushes it in Rupp's face while he's holding his shirt like a short jab. You can see it stunned Rupp. He went down right after that. None of the other punches really landed from either fighter.

Rupp was as tuff as I've ever seen to even attempt to take this mountain of a man on.....6'9'' and 255lbs....YIKES!!!
