In a third day of rioting in London, police have clashed with groups of youths in one part of the city, and vehicles and buildings have been set on fire in two other deprived neighborhoods. (Aug. 8)

@GuyPennebaker You are clearly looking at pictures from the riots, where they are using the "RIOT" Sheilds, I live in fucking england an I can Guarantee they have batons and in certain situations firearms. Don't try and prove me wrong if you don't live here. Just because you haven't seen a picture with an officer weilding his baton does not mean they don't have them, a baton is standard issue for even community support officers, along with pepper spray a flashlight and cuffs. So don't chat to me
