Issues with air/fuel ratio, due to messing with the IACV minimal air screw. It's impossible to get it to start, its running rich, and I know it's flooding because of this. Already replaced bad fuel injector that went bad. Could it be my egr valve or my map sensor? Any ideas?

  • yeah i know man, i wish my check engine light would come on!

I'm about to replace my distributor, see if that makes any difference.

But would the EGR Valve keep it from starting?

  • Really if your check engine light come back on the would be a good thing cause it will just tell you what is wrong...If you want a complete list of the trouble codes just ask and I will post them

  • The EGR control valve does not operate

  • i got the check engine code on my 94 sentra by turning the diagnostic screw (located in the middle of the dash console on the floor on the back of the ECU) fully clockwise for 2 seconds and then counterclockwise and looking for long and short flashes of the light on the ECU and i got a code
