While the first Monade recordings date back to the mid-1990s, 2005 was the first time Laetitia Sadier (you know her as the singer for Stereolab) took Monade on the road. We sat in the playground and talked about inspirations, experiences, and, of course, Steven Stapleton of Nurse With Wound! The second fully realized full-length album, Monstre Comic, is out now.
