The vanishing pension that dissapears when u go to get it....Remember before 2007..Reps wanted to privatize social security...How many ppl realize with the crash of 2007 there would have gone our social securtiy...or at least a big part of it..

Well, while humans are social animals, and therefore do tend to display "group" or "mob" mentality from time to time, I think we use our capacity for reason and cognitive thought almost all the time; it would be pretty difficult to function as a society if we didn't. The fact that we group together is inherent in our nature, but so is the capacity to think rationally and independently. I'm not exactly sure what an elitist is by your definition, and I'm about 70% satisfied with Obama.

Well, to each his own, I guess; to me, a veggie diet is the definition of deprivation. As a matter of fact, I was looking forward to buying a big steak on my way home from work today to have for dinner (yum!). Of course, if I could just quit smoking, I'd be infinitely better off, and then eating meat wouldn't be much of problem lol...
