I had difficult customers with (see ID) cards. One wanted their card back before showing her ID. Yah you would leave scott free if I let you do that idiot.

Its funny 'casue at Walmart we also get retarded customers who complain our prices are higher than somewhere else. Its not an impossible occurrence especially if certain other stores have some mega sale or something, and when it does happen its not on an appreciable margin of difference either, but most of the time the Customer is full of crap and it baffles me when customers are surprised that things cost money

If someone does that to you, you might suggest they need some bran in their diet = )

I used to work at walmart and i finnaly qit last yea. While I worked there, I heard one manager say to anemployee that as she became more pregnant, she would become less useful for the company. I heard another manager say to another employee that the company couldn't afford to give her full-time hours because they had to save them for men with families, even though she was supporting her family. Is this just how things are in Utah or is it Walmart? I don't know because I'm from France.

@rebeccanta You ARE goin to get people like that. I had a customer complainin that I had an ATTITUDE problem simply because I had a "loud" tone of voice, and that each time she approached the till she had to AVOID me because of this. Needless to say,I was instantly DISMISSED. Retail, hmmmm

I thank you for this. I don't work in retail, but my shitty office job has the same types of situations. I would ask that everyone work in retail, at restaurants, etc. as a prerequisite to doing business at those places. I hope that would teach them to have a little more respect. I also NEVER complain when a retail clerk, cashier, server, etc. is rude because, well... I understand.
Even the one where the lady told you to not say her last name outloud? Holy crap where the hell do you work, in the Hamptons?

@RedneckYachtClubber haha I know, right? I was so shocked when that happened! So freaking ridiculous but that happened to me when I worked at Staples and I looked up her rewards card and asked her if ___ was her last name.

Harbor Freight tools was the worst for customers. I had a guy tell me I didn't know anything about toosl cause it was my first day and was having trouble finding a drill he wanted. Then people would break open boxes to get a look at the merchandise and leave the trash from the box right out on the floor with the tool on the shelf making the entire shelf look ugly.

@xtremejohnny69 I hate that when people break open the packages and don't even buy it and then just leave trash everywhere!!! I mean who does that?! Why would someone think that is okay?

I would laugh if all those were true...call the cops because of photo things? THAT is a story I'd love to hear...

@RedneckYachtClubber And then he hung up on me! Well, that did piss me off so I did call him again and told him he should be ashamed of how he was acted and needed to learn some effing manners. So he called back and talked to my manager about how he was going to send the police over to Walgreens and my manager went and erased his number from our computer. The whole thing was stupid but I didnt get in trouble at all and finally got to tell some one off so it was a good day.
