Al-Hassan Ibn Ali (Radiallahu Anhu), The Grandson of the Messenger - Kamal El-Mekki

The Eldest of the two Sons, Hassan Ibn Ali (radiallahu anhu), reminded the people of the Prophet Muhammed (Sallalahu Alayhi Wassalam) just by his image. Subhannallah, what a unique virtue. He trully wanted Peace in a time of War, so much so, that he gave his position of Khalifa to Muawiya. This would ultimately End the First Fitna.

@BlueCity24 I think what ba7itha is speaking out against the speaker's suggestion that "5 is nothing" and is suggesting that imam hussein was a man of such high calibre that his view on the matter should've mattered more than the large numbers of people who didn't voice an objection to the choice of Yazid as the next Khalif. I agree with ba7itha in that these were 5 of the biggest names of the time epitomising taqwa and good Islamic conduct so it's insulting to say "5 is nothing" about them.

Muawiya a "peace maker' do you not know who his mother and father are? how interesting he hands an empty paper to al Hassan, as though these matters were as simple as that. Al Hassan the brave did as the Prophet intended, he maintained peace with Muawiya and married his daughter as a political move, knowing what he was getting himself into. How interesting he was poisened at home. Gee Muawiya "when i pass away al hassan will be the Khalifa, only for some reason he he outlived him.

How interesting that the Phrophet specifically states that Al Hassan would resolve a dispute between to two believeing tribes when in fact it wasnt until the day the Prophet passes away that the disputed began. You see the Prophet endowed with knowledge knew there will come a day where the muslims will split, and he was well aware that his progeny will all die in the worst cases.
