"Sloshing Pillar of Pain" - 10' x 6" PVC pipe partially filled with 20litres of water. Water sloshes from end to end making it hard to hold. Great midsection workout.

Man, I've seen this once before and that looks hard. You've chosen one hell of a diameter pipe to do it. Well done, I don't think I'd last 30 seconds
