/My idea was fixing the problem of electro-static shock on super computer network's hardware devices. The problem of generating power and energy to a large and powerful computer device has always had the chance of electro static shock, because of the many electrical wires and cords which have a chance of static shock and it can destroy the hardware inside an area.

The problem of making an anti-static area and then getting power to the same area to energize and get power to the hardware devices and be 100% static clean was impossible. My proposal was to make the area a air tight ten foot cubed area that is in the shape of a bubble made of glow thick gel a foot thick material that can enhance the solar capability of the inside receiving light because the solar panels are in the inside of the glow bubble. This holds the super networking and hardware super computer devices. This bubble holds all the devices and communication needs, but getting power to the hardware is the real need for it to work properly until now, to get the energy inside the bubble you would need cords or wires; this is no more the need. Because by using solar light panels not using sun light, but light pads on the outside of the glow bubble to energize the outside which transfers by glow light or electro-luminous gel light transfer of the glow bubble which sends the light inside safely. The air tight glow bubble or capsule shape material does transferring of light through material with glow luminous properties is the most important science fact needed in the trick! Then solar panels in the inside capture the glow light and convert it to the needed energy! Usually that was done by electricity cords that caused an electro-static chance and problems! Now needs for the super computer's energy are air tight and electricity can still get in the glow bubble where the super computer and hardware devices are, the incredibly thing is actually it can be inside of a ten to even a hundred foot cubed glow bubble.

Of course computer devices communicate to outside the bubble using radio or microwave air signals and even satellite signals will be needed. And once sealed it might be hard to fix the inside or make mechanical changes.

A nano glow cube can be made in the same manner to hold smaller static clean safe devices in as small maybe as an inch cubed glow bubble or capsule shape. For things like Jet Fighter electronics that are in storms were lightning does happen to cause static hardware failure to jet fighter communications. It could have all been protected by a glow bubble with energy of light transfer of capability which is air and static free but can still receive light to nano solar panels in the inside of the bubble were all the electronic or memory device is located.
