The biggest fallacy I see hear is the idea that the US could have never rose to power without slavery. I hear this all the time and its complete bullshit. If slavery was so empowering to build the nation than why the fuck did the north largely without slavery win the civil war? Slaves costed a lot of money to buy and maintain ...
