what pickups are you using here? neck? middle? which do you prefer for rhythm and/or lead? sounds great, considering these pickups

@guitarcat67 Okay will do! Might be some time though, I see they are a bit pricey. That's okay though, sounds like they're certainly worth every penny!

What amp are you running through and what are your EQ settings?

@ljjmusic1 I play through a Hotrod DeVille, 4X10. I set as follows: bass 5, treble 6, mids, 5. Presence around 6 or 7. reverb 2.5. Here I am using the hi-gain channel with drive on about 2. I am not thrilled with the tone of the gain and am trying to find something I like better.

i have a question about your pick ups.. do your have the base plate installed on them? do you know?? thanks
Darren..

@Budafinga I had to ask my friend and guitar tech Bob. He said that I do not have the base plate. He said that a base plate is intended to fatten up the bridge pickup. He also said 99% of Strat's do not have one but many Tele's do. Each material does something different, steel, copper, etc. I've been happy with the tone and don't feel a need to change anything.

i believe the neck position. I tend to stay on neck but the middle and bridge sound excellent as well. they actually sound better than then do here. I was using the gain channel of my amp and that thins out the tone. Click on my youtube channel and check out the SonicSoul Promo or the Riviera Paradise lesson to really hear them.
