so the wireless shit they could go in the crowd and rock. I would have the vodka in a straw and I could just feed them drinks while they kept rocking. I think the drummer told me he would deliver pizzas and odd jobs between tours. That made me so frustrated because they rocked so hard and had such an incredible presence on stage. Oxes are one of my fav all time bands. Look at every oxes cover and notice a mirror on every cover. there is a some magic here. some real heavy shit

man I wish I had a vid of Oxes when they opened for Les Savy Fav at Warsaw brkln, NY on Friday 15 Feb 2002. It was the 1st time my friends and I saw Oxes and they opened for les savy fav and I was blown away. They were the raddest band ive ever seen live and after they opened the Les Savy Fav dudes were like "what the fuck do we do now............? We just got beat up in our own front yard"
After I saw that show I went to every NYC show they came to. they had all this wireless shit!

these guys are amazing. i love the album oxxxes, it was banned in baltimore because of the artwork that was included with the LP.
