Dear 8nchz,

The good old barter system, why move forward when you can go back right. Well, though a classic system, I am sure a guy could trade a basket of potatos for a few cases of whiskey by filling his baskets full of dung covered by a few potatos. I would imagine that fraud would be highly prevasive should we return to "simpler" times. Interesting thought though... more outside the box than most people get when bickering over economics and politics on Youtube.

Dear 8nchz, A fair opinion. Am I correct to say that you are for free markets, but only to a certain extent? If so which portions (other than the ones outlined previously) would you see as needing more liberty? Should corporations be voided of the right/freedom to lobby their own interests? I am just not clear on where the dividing line between a free market and its opposite is.

Dear Nearly 8 Inches, Again, a very impressive handle (pun intended). As an entrepreneur, or someone who does not work for someone else, what protections would be provided for you from the big fish in a libertarian state. Would there be laws against collusion? In othere words, what laws would protect ambitious folk from building a mega corp. and displacing the libertarian state itself? I don't get this yet?

yea it's fine, I must admit these days it's hard to believe some people somewhere are spending billions of dollars on something not related to war, greed or power.

Thank you for your reply, I must confess to being a cynical skeptic, so I always assume that the research of a scientist, who is also a human being with a "worldview" could be swayed by "the hand that feeds them". I say this because of my own human weaknesses admitting that my own conclusions are sometimes less than objective due to my "worldview".
