  • I would like to know also what are the arm and hand movements needed for. Thank you.

  • The hand movements have an esoteric and an exoteric purpose. The exoteric(external) has a martial arts function,while the esoteric(internal) is a form of 'moving meditation'

  • This seems really complex I'm going to write down the steps so I can practice it. This is suppose to improve double attention right and mu shin consciousness right? I usually practice a meditation in which you fit chi into the dan tian while in lotus position everyday literally.

  • Looks to me like the basic exercise has martial arts roots, a strike and a block to be precise.
